PROJECT ABSTRACT:

News paper is one of the important media of communication. It is one of the source from which news will be got by the public. There are many newspaper agencies that are involved in the circulation of the newspapers and magazines. The news paper agency system is an application that is designed to act as a subscription management for the newspapers and magazine distributors. This application is designed for small publishers as well as small and large home delivery and retail distributors. This will be one of the interesting applications that one can work on and implement in real time world.

News Paper Agency System

This application can be of great help to the people at the newspaper agency and the distributors with great ease. The modules included on this application are as follows:

 

1.      Login: The user needs to login using the username and password that they had registered at the time of registration.

2.      User master: The admin has the right to add or delete the system users and also to assign

3.      Customer master: The details of the customers like name, address, delivery address, delivery charges can be maintained easily.

4.      Supplier master: The details of the supplier like name, address, contact number, number of suppliers etc can be maintained easily through this module.

5.      Product master: This module can help in adding the product information whether it is magazine or newspaper.

6.      Stock inward: This module will allow to add the inward stock for the particular day with great ease.

7.      Bill generation: This module will generate the bill for the particular customer.

8.      Sales report: This module will show the daily, weekly, monthly or yearly sales report.

9.      Task reminder: This application can help in reminding the administrator to update the customer requirement etc.

10.  Search module: This module can allow to search for particular product, customer with the help of their id number.
