Ad Agency Maintenance in python
The primary purpose of the advertisement agency management system is to improve the sales of any product as a marketing strategy. The software will provide a system which helps the advertiser and a user to advertise their products online. The users can use this software to generate an ad and publish them on the different websites. The Advertising Agency Management System will provide various options to make the system easy so that a user who doesn’t know the programming can also use the system and can get the benefit of the software.
Existing system
The current Advertising Agency Management System work on the manual process, a person has to go to the advertising company for the advertisement of their products. The manual procedure for handling an advertisement system is highly prone to error which makes the system less efficient. The user does not have any information that how many people has seen the ad of their product and the number of the individual who has seen is less then they get less profit, While they have to pay the same amount of money like any other company who got the maximum benefit from the ad. In the present, there is no management system which can provide the information about the actual profit from the ad.
Proposed system
The Advertising Agency Management System will be an online based system, it can be accessed from anywhere and any number of people can use it simultaneously. The Advertising Agency Management System will provide the information about each ad is seen by a user and it will maintain the ratio of profit gained by each ad. A user who doesn’t have any knowledge about any programming language can also use this system as it will provide various options to help the user. The software will have features such as ad creator from which any user can make an ad, Ad details.
Advertising Agency Management System Module
1. Login: By use of this module the user will get access to the system. The users will provide their password and ID to the system.
2. Register:This module will be used for creating new users for the system.
3. Update:Through this module, the user can edit their profile.
4. Ad Details:by the help of this module user can view the details of their Ad.
5. Ad generation:This will help the users in creating the Ads.
6. Admin:this module will provide functions to admin by which an admin will get access entire system can add new users, can delete a user and help the users about any queries.

Setting up Software Environment
Python is a high level, interpreted, interactive and object-oriented scripting language.
Python is designed to be highly readable and has fewer syntactical constructions than other languages. Python is used in the development of this model. In this experiment, the following python libraries are used to develop the machine learning models:
• NLTK: It is a python package which works with human language data and provides an easy-to-use interface to different lexical resources like WordNet and text processing libraries. These lexical resources are used for classification, tokenization, stemming, tagging, parsing, and semantic reasoning.
• Pandas: It is a python package which acts as a data analysis tool and deals with data structures. Pandas carry out entire data analysis workflow in Python without having to switch to a more domain specific language like R.
• Tweepy: It is used in accessing the Twitter API by establishing the connection and to gather tweets from Twitter. This module is used to stream live tweets directly from Twitter in real-time.
• Numpy: NumPy is the fundamental package for computing with Python. It is used to add support to multi-dimensional arrays and matrices, with a large collection of high-level mathematical functions.
• scikit-learn: It is a simple and efficient tool for data mining and data analysis.
• matplotlib python library which generates plots, histograms, power spectra, bar charts, etc.
In this work matplotlib.pyplot module is used to plot the metrics.
• Gensim It is used to automatically extract semantic topics from documents, as efficiently as possible. Gensim is designed to process raw, unstructured text data. The algorithms in Gensim, such as Word2Vec where it automatically discovers the semantic structure of phrase by examining statistical co-occurrence patterns within a corpus of training documents. These algorithms are unsupervised. Once these statistical patterns are found, any plain text documents can be succinctly expressed in the new, semantic representation and queried for topical similarity against other documents.
• Keras: Keras is a high-level neural networks API, written in Python and capable of running on top of TensorFlow, CNTK, or Theano. It was developed with a focus on enabling fast experimentation. Being able to go from idea to result with the least possible delay is key to doing good research.
