PROJECT ABSTRACT:

Industries or Organization deals with various departments to meet their customer needs on time. So the software packages which they are using bundled under a common package known as enterprise resource planning management software. It’s the Enterprise Resource Planning System which makes them a business people. To achieve accountability, responsibility and communication can easily be tested and presented for their customer service is just because of ERPM. Enterprise Resource Planning System will able to provide real time information to their working executives and employees for immediate execution of tasks that will result in profitability. Customization as per requirements will gradually bring changes in strategy planning to achieve their goals by working with team members.

Existing System

Working with different packages may results in conflicts between working departments and this process of working with outdated and manual system not able to generate exact data which is called the heart of information. Frequent changes in working process may pin down their business due to which there will be an adverse effect on companies also. No proper medium to make all their information online and a common pathway to access it through secure channel. There was no proper integration module to unify all business activities under a single package.

Proposed System

Enterprise Resource Planning System not only provide a true support for complex business process but also the way to localize as per the needs and requirements. With proven technologies it will not only able to access data but streamline their business process with analytical tools. To exist in competitive market the first and foremost part is customer satisfaction which is achieved through real time data, which in turn helps to get faster customer order and few errors while processing it. Other benefits which will be provided while using this system are – same information across all working departments, exact financial reporting, scheduled task completion, on time payment and much more.

Modules

Registration Module:

Customer’s data will be an important assets and the managers will be able to access their information through this section. To be a specific users, managers have to select their levels and work on their available modules.

Junior Level Management:

The modules which will be available for this level will received from the senior level and modules will act on it using pre-defined rules and taking necessary actions to implement it. The modules which are under this level will responsible for execution work and implement it to meet their goals.

Senior Level Management:

Through this modules, the business rule will be defined and its outbound and inbound rules will be tested and processed for real time execution environment. Whatever the administrative action which will be carried out is done here by only authorized person.
