They can reply customer’s general queries like flight schedule between any source and destination, seat availability in any particular flight in any particular date and book air ticket. This project is very useful for the top management in decision making and implementing new ideas based on past records.

Existing system

In the existing system all data is entered manually which is very time consuming and there is also big change of human errors in capturing data. In manual system when we need to access old records frequently then it becomes a challenging task to search a particular record from the bunch of records. In manual system all the process weather customer query,  booking or ticket cancelling all the records are managed manually by the staff. Existing system has following challenges:
