PROJECT ABSTRACT:

Human resource management system is an online business management applications which basically used for managing employees, management works and increase revenue for the particular working environment. It’s an online package where all the functionality has been provided at one place. No doubt, there will be one master user of this online application which will manage the entire business workflow. To make working process easier, a lot of built in functionality has been added like making financial analysis and managing it, customized reports as and when required. To store authentic and genuine data, end users don’t have to worry about this, system will take care of this matter.

Existing System

Existing human resource management was not able to cope with changing business environment and doesn’t able to meet desired requirements for the management personnel. The only functionality which was provided to admin was listing of existing employees and adding new employees. What if requirement occurs for searching any employees based on any particular criteria. There was no availability to handle real type situations like recruitments process such as making an online advertisement for career sections, checking out newly appointed candidates. The existing human resource management system was not able to give performance details of each working employees within the organizations, thus making decision on salary increment was not fruitful for the organization.

Proposed System

This new human resource management system is best suited for real time business environments. There’s a lot of functionality which makes HR works easier and some of these are: Leave section where employees can apply for leave online, HR can categories employee list based on leave types, employees can submit their medical certificates for leave verifications etc. Admin of the system can add fields and their data entry types using graphical interface, managers can check the working performance of different managers and add reviews for top management purpose.

                 Apart from all, the most important is the time sheet which the admin and managers can prepare for their employees. This system will help the managers to keep attendance of employees, make employees reports, attendance summary and much more. The managers can get info on work for their customers’ requirements and make mathematical calculations to meet their requirements on time using online business calculator.

Modules

Admin: -It’s through the admin panel where the functionality of this application can be used by others or by themselves. Admin can create managers and their roles to look after their business process and the admin also having the power to look after the performance of the child employees.

Managers: -Managers will have the responsibility to look after the working environment of their employees who are working under them. It’s the managers who will prepare their work reports, can check their performance, grant leave and take appropriate decision based on the information generated by the system.

Employees: -Employees will only be provided to use major activities which they can perform using this system. They can check their performance and reviews for their future reference, their attendance sheet, increment details, payment reports, leave reports. Using their own panel, employees can apply for leave and attach necessary documents for necessary helps from the organizations.SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
