Visually impaired are the people who are blind or not able to see. They face various difficulties in doing their day to day activities. If they are going to colleges to study then they will find it very difficult in doing their college related activities. There should be someone who can teach them and say about assignments through the voice process. What if there is an application that can help them in accomplishing this task? Yes, it is possible through the use of V App: E college system for blind students application. The visually impaired people can rely on this application with great ease. The text to speech work can be done through the use of this application. The people can be can be sure that the notifications can be got with great ease through this application.
